Gadaffi declares ceasefire...but continues to bomb rebels as U.S. gears up to enforce Libya no-fly zone

Libya today declared an immediate ceasefire just hours after a UN resolution backed air strikes against Muammer Gaddafi's forces.
In a day of rapid developments, the Libyan foreign minister said that the brutal onslaught against rebels fighters would be halted.
But there were reports that forces loyal to Muammar Gaddafi continued to bombard the rebel-held city of Misrata with tanks and heavy artillery, killing at least 25 people and wounding dozens of others.
